Operational Requirements

  • Address: Must have permanent premises
  • Float: Commitment to raise the required minimum float level of the area (Addis Ababa - 30K ETB, Big Cities - 20K ETB, Medium & Small Towns - 10K ETB)
  • Branding: Willingness to be branded based on suitability of the outlet
  • Location: Priority to high footfall areas i.e., main roads, mall entrance, corners and ground floors
  • Agent proximity: Distance between agents should be 100 - 150 meters
  • Phone: A simple and functional phone for operations
  • Agreement: The agent contract should be a contractual agreement
